Ravi is a seasoned global IT leader with over 30 years of experience in scaling and transforming technology businesses. At ApexGCC Consulting, he brings strong leadership expertise from Infosys and Wipro, where he built and managed multi-million-dollar service lines across BFSI, Healthcare, Manufacturing, and Retail markets worldwide. He has successfully incubated and scaled Application and Infrastructure Management, SAP, Security, and Mainframe services. Known for building trusted CXO relationships, Ravi has led large outsourcing and digital transformation programs. An expert in Global Delivery Models, he has also founded digital platforms, reflecting his entrepreneurial mindset.

Janardan has traversed the journey of a corporate career with India’s leading IT companies before moving into entrepreneurship, while remaining a lifelong student of science, music, and culture. His first 25 years of professional experience were in IT Infrastructure Management with HCL, Infosys, and Cognizant. He has worked extensively in IT Service Management and Automation since 2005, leading these practices at major system integrators. These roles helped create new service offerings, unlock significant business opportunities, and build world-class teams. He also established strong partnerships with leading ITSM and automation platforms.
Paddy Rao
Advisor
Paddy Rao is a seasoned executive leader with over forty five years of global experience in building businesses, driving accelerated growth, and transforming organizations. He is an expert in outsourcing sales, setting up ODCs and OEDCs, Six Sigma, and TPS, and was actively involved in Jack Welch’s LCC programs to move manufacturing from high cost to low cost countries. He worked at senior leadership levels in JML-GO, GE, Delphi Auto, and Infosys for over three decades, establishing OEDCs for aircraft OEM design and creating pathbreaking knowledge labs that supported innovation, scale, governance, and global engineering excellence across multiple industries worldwide.
