About the Model

In this model, ApexGCC builds the GCC end-to-end including legal entity, infrastructure, IT readiness, talent hiring, and governance setup after which the client takes full operational ownership from Day 1 of go-live. This provides fast, low-risk entry while keeping the GCC fully captive from inception.
