Paddy Rao comes with 45 years of Global experience in Outsourcing Sales, Manufacturing, Tech products development, Six Sigma and TPS. Was actively involved in Jack Welch’s LCC programs to move mfg from high cost to Low Cost Countries. 

After holding Senior Leadership positions in Global Corporationa like GE, Delphi Auto & Infosys , he founded Sharada LLC in 2015 to help SMB / MSME grow organically & I organically in Global Markets.  

Authored books on Transformation Leadership, Philosophy and Breakthrough Selling. Yoga & Teaching Vedanta are his pastime.
